Snow leopards are incredibly illusive, with very little known about their natural behavior in the wild, due to their remote habitat.  “Planet Earth,” a wonderful documentary series, narrated by David Attenborough, shows fantastic footage of Snow Leopards in the wild, but it took photographers 3 years to film!! As for snow leopard cubs, in the realm of cute, they take the prize in my book.  In this piece the title jokingly refers to them watching for their mother to return, but in true cub fashion, didn’t quite make it and fell asleep.
