This piece shows in detail the plant life that creates the stunning colors of autumn in Denali National Park, Alaska; Labrador Tea, Blueberry Bushes and Dwarf Willow. I added the granite lichen covered rocks, typical to this area, not only for their uniqueness but also to give a sold counter weight to the bear and a compositional directional pull, to the subject.
